It depends on what option you select.
If you want to use Paypal and a prepaid credit/debit then it should work.
If you select an option (such as Karma Koin) under the option of "Prepaid Card" then it will not work. -
Does the chance to win increase if we do more transactions, or is it completely random?
It's done on a per transaction basis and is a completely random draw. Technically if you had more transactions you have a better chance of one of those names being drawn.
But the specific act of making more transactions doesn't increase your chances.
Note if the transaction is only 10,000 ZP you only get 200% Bonus on that particular recharge. (20,000 ZP bonus) -
At least with a 100,000k ZP vip weapon we can at least attain it! I've spent over 100,000k on just ZP crates and won nothing and ZP crate weapons dont even give a bonus to XP or GP, such a lame ass system. ZP crates should have a higher win chance for a weapon that is NOT a VIP weapon. 100,000K + for a video game items is already asking alot as thats almost 100$ that could be used for food, rent, other life commodities. ZP is NOT VIP.
