I would like to present my suggestion, I received a few nominations in recent days, only players who do not play me named, are inactive. It would be interesting if there was an agreement between the Named Naming and what is, and not as it is now, the power to appoint any player randomly. And it would be nice if they could remove the Nominees play that named but are inactive for at least 1 month.

No reason to even imply this. There is no limit to how many people can nominate you so there is no reason to even worry about inactive players on your nominated list at all.

Do downside to inactive players on a nominated list, and no upside to your suggestion.

Indeed you are right, but I mean for example, a player creates an account today after he stops playing that account and gets a good time without playing it. Nominees OS could be allowed to exclude the appointment system inactive players. This inactivity by examples could only exclude after 6 months off.
