Atleast tell us what's going on !!!!

Since the christmas patch, the servers and the forum have been going down crazy... So yes, there is a some big problem and z8 guys must be trying to fix it. For me, the big issue here is not the server problem itself; rather, the real lack of communication from z8 admins and mods and apparent show of apathy towards us. Don't we have the right to know what's going on, how long will it take to fix the issues and so on? You keep your communication about the new promotions and new ways of buying ZP but do not care to tell us about the core server problems...

these guys have had troubles patching and updating since the game came out nearly a year ago. It has never been this bad though. Sometimes I wonder if the people in charge of this game are high while working. Or it's possible they are just incompetent. Neither a good option.

i agree totally ... we are gamers and we like too know these things its not fair to the community when z8 decide too communicate to us we all like to see improvements but if it is going to be a struggle to keep servers up i say we don't improve so fast slow things down

If not everybody, atleast the people who spend an arm and leg on ZP HAVE the right to know whats going on. I just bought exp 50%+ for 7 days today and here I am sitting while they clean their sh!t up. Have to leave in an hour and wont be back until tomorrow... WASTE OF ZP.

Last couple of times this happened, the forums were down too...

i was about to buy some zp but then i noticed the servers are down, i dont think z8 cares right now, cause theres no word from the gm's unless they all died suddenly. everybody with timed guns especially the zp ones are prolly mad now and z8 is losing their reputation, very quickly. I guess we still have to have hope, you never know.

Same problem here.I dont't know what's wrong with Z8Games but they failed hard afther the las patch (Christmas patch).When i try to open the CrossFire game - press START game then it blocks with HGW game watcher and the game don't start...So what is wrong with you Z8Games ? Can CM,GM,MODs .... someoane give us an answer ? And sometimes the forum is down... All Z8Games stuff (CM,GM,MODs) seems to be away...No answer from them.I have unconfirmed PM from them for a month or more....

Z8Games runs its forums on the same server hardware (or at least in the same datacentre) as the central Cross Fire authentication/database servers, therefore, whenever some part of Z8Games goes down, some other part gets pulled down with it. Z8Game's Website runs on Microsoft's IIS Server, with C#/ASP.NET or Mono (most likely the former). That would make its central authentication and storage database MS SQL (Windows Only). The Forum is hosted on a different server than the DB, must be Linux, vBulliten is PHP-based, but it must communicate w/ the DB Server, which is causing issues...
