Found this video, it is from LoL but this applies to every game pretty much where it takes a team to win. I've noticed that a lot of players playing CF worry more about getting frags than working as a team to win games. This video goes into a deeper explanation and states proven scientific facts about teamwork and how working as a team instead of "frag hunting" and raging at your team whenever your team starts playing bad wins more games.

This also applies to teams wanting a sponsorship. No sponsor is going to want to sponsor a team that doesn't work together, no team chemistry. Looking into sponsors before, they ask you several questions about how long has the team been together, what has the team accomplished so and so. Sponsors don't want to sponsor teams that talk sht, they would drop you in a heartbeat. Just something to keep in mind.

I only posted this to encourage teams to stick together instead of having "2 week teams." Trying to build our CF NA community is going to take dedication, to competitive especially. Ignore hate, people hate on your team, who cares what they say. Play the game because of your passion to play the game.

Any opinions about this topic, post it below. Wanna get this out there and into discussion so more players realize the main idea of this.
