- Call everything you see
- No accusing people of cheating or using armor
- NO IMMATURITY, I don't have time to waste with those teams
- Be smart and have slightly above average shots at the least
- A team that knows how to play the game and wants to win
- Confidence and solidness, don't want an unstable team
