I find this to be one of the most odd threads ever posted on these forums.

cheating happened on his account and now he is banned that is it nothing really you need to approach "correctly" about it.

The hacking happened on his account if it was done by him or someone else it won't change anything not to mention if he did share it that is also also another reason to get banned.

No need for a double standard.
