No, ff off is not perfectly fine. We really do need ff to be enabled to actually start getting respect from other gaming communities/leagues. That and it'l stop the horrible spam pushes people put on.

valid point, but it still should be an option.

also, unlike cs, we dont have a competitive matchfinder

all we have is a community made channel where its up to the people to follow rules.

I hope your not serious. That "competitive" matchmaking system is a huge joke, that's a 2nd rate pug system. No one uses it for scrims or matches or anything like they do in LoL. Most competitive players in cs use it for pugs when esea is down/they want to troll/they want gun skins.
