How about this...
I got this idea form Combat Arms...

Only 1est player can hold the rank as Marshal.
Only the next 3 players can hold the rank as GENERAL 1-6.
Only the next 10 players can hold the rank of LIEUTENANT GENERAL 1-6.
Only the next 50 players can hold the rank of MAJOR GENERAL 1-6.
Only the next 100 players can hold the rank of BRIGADIER GENERAL 1-6.
All the lower ranks stay as is.

This will prevent the leader boards from looking alike all the same rank.
And the top players will have to compete for the top rank so they will never feel like they have beat the game.

What does every one think about his idea?

i get what you mean, it will be kind of boring after you get that high, but i dont think it will happen
