Anyone astonishing with computers and software out there?

My computer has completely no sound. Completely, as in audio output, through speakers or headphones. I have turtle beaches and I've reinstalled drivers multiple times. Used audio play back diagnostic test. None of which have worked. Help me.

Have you made sure your hardware is working correctly?

The soundcard could have gone bad, the jack or usb port may have stopped working.

Your turtle beaches may not work.

Sure you haven't clicked a mute button somewhere in your system settings?
