What is this gun used for? like cqc, mid range, long range, spraying, strafing, etc. How is the spray and power? is it worth the 50k and should i get it.

I've been asking that question myself. But I'm pretty good with xm8. I know a lot of people who enjoys it or want to buy it.

For me xm8 is long range headshot machine, and in close range if you know how to control spray

Crowd quality control, obviously. If you start to aggro more than you can handle at a bomb site, just drop an xm8 on them.
