No. That isn't how tournaments work. You don't just give a team who did nothing to deserve the spot a spot in the playoffs when there are teams who competed for that spot and barely lost out. I don't even care that it is FragginTerio I have no problem with them. It's just the right thing to do for a team that invested time in the tournament not just give a team a free ride to the playoffs.
How does the decision that I made interfere with how the tournament is being ran? You're telling me that a team that lost in group play deserves a spot in playoffs more than a team that lost as well, or a team that didn't play in the tournament? Does "barely" losing give a team more of a right to play over a team that got blown out? I never knew that after you lost in a tournament qualifying for a playoff spot, that you still had a chance at getting into the playoffs, even though it wasn't guaranteed.
I don't know how you think 1 team should get a playoff spot that lost because they took their 3rd game to OT, and the other teams that lost shouldn't because they didn't lose their game as bad.
@ra1n It would be extremely inconvenient for me to make a qualifier for playoffs for a bunch of teams that came close to placing in their division during the weekend that they would have to play. The only way to make this possible would to be to have them play sometime from Sunday-Friday, and that's just not possible for some teams. There's OCG and ESG through Sunday - week days, it would be extremely hard for something like that to be arranged for 1 little dinky playoff spot in a tournament like this. -

A team that participated deserves a spot more than a team that didn't. I never said you had to pick sweetopia I said they deserve a spot more than a team that didn't even play in the season. It should go to the team who had the most points that didn't make the cut. If there is a tie, play it out.

Ok so there's 6 teams that lost in group play. Hat Trick, Sweetopia, Undaunted, and Saigon Riot who came in 3rd place in their division. How do you suppose that I give 1 of those team the 1 playoff spot? Hold a qualifier? Sure, lets let the teams play the day they have an OCG/ESG match if they want a spot in playoffs, that would start today, or sometime during the week days.
THERE IS NO BENEFIT TO LOSING.
This argument is just between 2 opinions, it's pointless. -

Attention for the 4 remaining teams! Considering OCG playoffs decided to take up the whole weekend with their ****, we're kinda ****ed with our default. I was looking at 7est on friday to be the new default this week. I don't want it to be on short notice, so can all team captains xfire me to see if their teams can make it.
