Posting a thread saying that you posted a ticket will not speed up the process or help you in any way possible, just be patient and wait, it is not instant. If you ticket provided enough information then you should be fine, if not then that is your fault for account sharing.

Accounts don't just get stolen or hacked.
You gave your info away or tried to download cheats/other programs which got you a keylogger.
Posting on the forums won't help, especially in the clan section.
The ticket might take about a week to answer.
I would have a great meme for this that I found in offtopic..
