OCG.Undaunted Picking up 1-2 Players.

OCG.Undaunted is looking for Players to join us for the 2014 Season, as well as our current events.
What we look for in players:
Maturity (Please act mature, and respectful to others)
Professionalism (Represent yourself, the team, and our sponsor, as a professional)
Skill level (We are not picking up new to game players at the time, we are looking for experienced players already at a decent skill level or that have the willingness to get there)
Team Work (Be willing to accept your mistakes and work with the team to build chemistry)
Communication (Be able to make calls in game, and communicate properly in a competitive setting, some of which can be taught, some of which is expected to be know already)
Dedication (Be ready to work are hard and put in time, we want to be a top tier team so 1 time a week players are going to cut it here)
Good luck to anyone who wishes to tryout.

Tom left, but was going to be cut regardless due to his attitude in game and towards the community. He did leave, but regardless the team would be moving in the direction it is either way.

Ask him what he thinks about the team now, haahhahahaha. He thought that my attitude towards this awful team is something that I do naturally to every team I'm in. He wanted me cut because I lost faith after losing easy rounds and gave up on the team + laughed when we lost. Now he understands that it wasn't something I normally do with teams I'm in and that it was your and your ****ty team's fault I did that.
It is something you do in every team from what I have heard.
but good luck with your new team with all of the friends you have from Crossfire. Im sure tons of people are in line to make a new team with you.

5-10 tryouts, BUAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAAHAAHA. If it wasn't a middle of the night atm, I would be able to get a better s5 than your entire team times five in about 2 hours.
When I was building my computer, I had top teams asking me to join. When I built my pc, I got an offer from hammertime. I think I can manage, kid.It is something you do in every team from what I have heard.
It's something I do in every *BAD* team. -

You manage to display your ego literally everywhere you go. You're a good player and all but your immense ego is the reason you don't fit in well with many teams. Let's face it, you act like you're amazing at this game, like you've actually been to china before. Funny thing is that there's way better players than you that don't have half as much ego as you. And that's what makes them great, and you, average. -

You always put your teammates down, "It's not my fault my teammates blow **** and can't call ****". This is a team game, you didn't do particularly good as well, barely going positive against a team with no practice, so you have no right to call anyone out.
Talking sht would imply that you're better than whoever you're talking about. Since you talk sht to everyone, one could assume you believe you're better than everyone, which is just stupid because you're nothing compared to top players in top teams.
And sorry about that, you were in ht on a depleted roster after 15 and Mav left, congrats! -
