Mic Chat To CrossFire?

Can you fix that mic chat function like that they have in Counter Strike. You press a button on your keyboard and then you can talk to all in the game you are playing. That should be so nice in CrossFire.

If they spam like hell like in the video you can turn off their voices in the options meny.

they did actually say they might be bringing this to the game if they can find a decent host and implement it properly into the game.

Wasn't this in the common suggestions?

I still think we need it because I can't stand being type killed all the time. Vent and all those other voice chat systems make me lag except Skype.

Oh and I heard our competitor, Combat Arms, Just implemented voice chat. Crossfire loses again.

I wouldn't use it. People would use it in all modes to make sure opposing teams couldn't hear anything going on.

Nah, Image this, your playing a peacefull game of Port, there all Foreing people on your team. They are sceaming in their own langauge. You can't hear whats going in the game. You block them. The game ends, you go to another room, same thing happens, and again and again. We have radio messeges, i think thats enough.

i will second this like lets say your in a 1vs3 situation and then you have this annoying 12 year old screaming down his mic you can hear foot steps and you wont have time to mute him. i say if they bring this in it will be flamed over furoms which is what i think <333

yeah, They work with Vivox, CF should work with what program CS maybe using, unless it's their own program.

Yeah, it's cool but ... There are spammers that i hate very much !!! They talk all day bla-bla-bla-bla-bladabi bla and other ... It's anoying and we canno't play the game right :S

I think they should limit it to only in Beta clan Server cause on Tdm and stuff the radio commands pretty much cover all you ever need to say.

If Z8 put voice chat in CF without a way to turn it ALL THE WAY OFF, I would quit. I don't wanna hear hackusations and people screaming at me... it's bad enough in chat...

Combat arms has a toggle key for it and it is defaulty off and u have to enable it in options. as well as u have to toggle it with f9/f10 for on an off in game. Also you cant talk to the other team. Before they even put VoIP or voice chat in i want them to put in where anyone can vote kick someone, doesnt matter if there on another team or w/e espectaly in FFA. i hate FFA hack.ers......
