weird WCG rules, gun without modification I though also means advantages as well, isnt the Deag camo give u advantages over other deag ? much faster reload ?

If you think the skin of a gun changes the outcome of a match than you're an idiot. If it takes you 9 or more deagle bullets to kill someone than that person is probably already dead.

Im talking only about the deag camo skin, since only the deag camo have the advantages to reload alot faster than other deag ( gold,crimson,royal,etc). Im not talking abt skin here more abt the reload speed, isnt faster reload speed counts as a modification as well since it will make it difference from the normal deag stats ?

Rules are rules right, just saying either way they have already won.

WCG.CA Rules were no restrictions. If it was in the game, you could use it.

At least, that was the case for all the quallies. I'm assuming that carried over into the finals, but I don't know for certain. Someone should confirm :O
