Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to request a review into your account restriction. After finishing our investigation, users of the accounts that are tied to the above login ID have recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for CrossFire by the In-Game staffs of Z8games. This decision was made after a thorough investigation of the situation as a whole.
Account Action: Permanent Ban
Offense: Hacking
We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to fully enjoy their time in CrossFire. You are responsible for all the accounts under your name. This is our final decision, further requests regarding same issue will be ignored. Thank you in advance for respecting our position.

Meanwhile there are 6 hackers in every pub I join blatantly aimbotting. My alt gets banned for "hacking" when I was never cheating... I would love to see the .cfr that got me banned. I heard Ice was the one who banned me if that is the case I would love to talk to you Ice because I have never cheated and will never cheat on this useless game. I have lost all faith in support and my faith in Z8 as a whole is dwindling. Never hacked never will.

Let me refresh you on what happened. Basically, he played on his alt, where he played with another alt with a similar name. The other alt started modem tapping as seen in the youtube link provided. Next thing he knows, he's banned too.
