YT's new tools
Have you checked these out? I'm pretty sure only approved YouTube channels have these, but I might be wrong. These tools are pretty useful and helpful, you finally have music to choose from which won't give you any problems in terms of monetization, which is just awesome. You are also able to ban users now, but I'm pretty sure you were able to do that before, but maybe you are able to manage it with this tool much better now.
Have you tried these out? Do you have issues using the songs? Do you like the new functions?

Adding a background music isn't something new. There have always been two options to those who use illegal music: you'll get ads on your video's or can change it with this legal library.
It would've been great if they would make a filter to those songs on what kind and how long it takes so you don't have to try it each time on your video. I don't know if they've changed it now, but before it wasn't.
