I wonder if the use of programs to reduce the status is wrong? For example my ping is 260, I'm from Brazil, and the program my ping is 170.I would like to get a response from a Moderator or GM, it is forbidden to use this type nde program that reduces the ping, and if I can lose the tape Honorable Soldier to use this program.I tested 2. WTFast and ExitLag, reduced my ping 50-60.

I believe those are called "Ping Masks" and they are third party programs.

no third party programs, it says so in the terms of service.
