What's a greater change, one in game sensitivity or 100 DPI?

You want a low sensitivity like 4, and 400 DPI.

This is because "gaming mice" track better at lower sensitivities rather than extremely high ones. For FPS you need low sensitivity! Other games like LOL, and such you could probably get away with really high DPI since it's a totally different playstyle.

Back on point, the lower the sensitivity the more easier it will be for you to hit heads and rip kids. It'll take awhile to get used to but make sure with your sensitivity you can flick up to 180 degrees with ease. Take this video for example(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hX0-1M-uVd4)
I used a RaZer DeathAdder and 450dpi(old drivers ftw) with 10 ingame sensitivity on 800x600 resolution. I had perfect tracking, but I was used to 10 from a long time ago and i'm a stubborn person so I just stayed with it(But I suggest having even lower)

    Hope I helped somewhat? :s

Thanks. I play pretty well at 2 sensitivity and 600 DPI. But yesterday it seems all shaky and wobbly. I lowered to one sensitivity for a more stable feel, but it felt like the sensivity had increased a lot. I couldn't do a 180 unless I put my mouse from one edge to te other.

The wobbly and shake has nothing to do with sens or dpi. Turn your polling rate to 125hz while playing cf. Game can't handle higher.
