Um first of all why master sergeants only makes no sense rank doesn't matter in this game
Only thing that change is that you know they have played this game for a good amount of time or that they just farm there way to 2e Lt

funny thing is, we dont accept farmers...
and we do a trial run so if they fail when they are LT rank we know they farm pretty much.

but then again you can be a LT not farm and be pro, so why take the chance.

also i do make exceptions to this rule if people of a whatever rank ask for a tryout.

by "why take the chance" i meant in context of basically, why take the chance in recruiting lower unless we know they are good.

i know you can get low ranked pro players, ive seen it first hand.
but the trust that legit players are out there with higher rank can define the term experience meaning they are experienced enough to know what they are doing.

which is why we ASK for higher rank. however if directly asked for a trial to 1 of my LT's/me for a trial. a trial maybe given.
