That is your fault for not remembering your own email. you should go to Support and full in as much information as you can.

How to Spot a Fake GM in game
It's simple:
They will tell you they are GMs.

When we are on our player accounts, we will not tell you so. When we are doing events, we will be on our official GM accounts, using official GM namecards.

If you see someone claiming to be a GM, please take a screen shot and PM it to any GM.

Players masquerading as GMs will face severe punishments. Don't do it.
