Recent GP Codes

Attention Mercenaries,

Recently we have given out some codes to many users to redeem for extra Game Points in CrossFire (GP).

These codes could have been on casts, or for prizes or events.

In all cases, the person who has given out the code (be it a moderator, or a partner like OCG or us), has specifically told the users that these codes were for Game Points.

We recently discovered an issue with the redeem page where it was displaying GP as ZP.

This caused a lot of user confusion and ultimately a lot of support requests to find out what happened.

Please note that those codes were all for GP. The fact that it says ZP on the redeem page is a typo and a bug which is currently being fixed by our technical team.

We had originally thought this was isolated to one code, but we recently discovered that it is actually for all recent (last 6 months) codes. They have been given out as GP, but have displayed ZP.


Please be assured that if you used the code correctly, your GP has been put in to your account. We apologize for the mixup and will have this corrected very soon.

Well, I redeemed a 7 day AK-Fury on my main account from Nonnen's stream and never received it. CBA to bother support with something that unimportant, but if you could look into it that'd be great.

u have said before we will get some Zp codes but u did not but any Zp codes on any social media u got so that too was typo or what did happen ?!
