Shotgun Week Ribbon Image not loading

on my profile, it says i have the shotgun week ribbon when i mouse over it,
but the image is just a ripped sticky note or something, as if the image for the ribbon doesn't load right.

you got that ribbon,why care it dont display?

now all players have same issue,not only you.
