Someone brought up the scenario of a user not selecting the right mode or team. To fix the possibility of this issue as well as solve some of the users not being shown on our logs we've compiled the form below. Fill it out and we'll run the check and edit the log thread as needed. You can do this for yourself or for all 5 of your members, but I suggest doing it for your entire team incase they don't get to the thread.
