my new keyboard has a loose key

okay, before i get into anything, i want to state that YES i do like razer products, i dont care if they are poorly made of whatever, i like them. if you don't then keep it to yourself.

okay, i so recently got a razer blackwidow tournament edition, and my q key is EXTREMELY easy to pull out. it even falls out of place sometimes while playing, is it the key caps? if so is there a website that sells key caps for cherry mx blues? if so, where dat be,

surely theres a one-year warranty against fabrication flaws?

you should not spend money to fix that which is theirs to fix.

yeah i thought about that, but i planned on buying new keycaps anyways, so if its just the keycap then it wouldnt matter, but i dont have a keyboard besides this one, like NONE, anndd a week without a keyboard would be.. erm.. impossible for me.
