clan tournys for smaller clans

i don't think its fair that the top clans get to have tournys when us little clans dont get a shot

any chance of tourny for clans not in top 100

and also thinks the clan server so i can actually play on it without always getting disconnected

i think that is a great idea, the smaller clans should get a shot at tournaments
