what size should I be using? For good quality. Full size?

Full Size 100q 120 FPS if your looking to make some slow mo parts. But for scrim recordings, I keep it at 25 fps

Thank you, I think I'll be using 120 because of the slow mo.

I use full size, 80q and 60 fps for all of my clips. wether i am slowing it down or not. And it looks fine. Hope this helps mate good luck
