African American students have been "studying" at harvard since 1977.
In fact in 1977 there was a black (African American) student president.
Since then at least 300 undergraduates and an alumni network of close to 3k.

"Are African Americans equal in intelligence to their counterparts"
Not to mention in like 2011?
Harvard's percentage for african american students was like 11.8 %

I'm thinking the lochness monster would be a lot harder to find. -

I love how you actually got offended by what was clearly a joke. My point does however have some merit to it, aside from the very rare exception (as your statistics point out, almost 3000 since 1977 and the university has around 12,000 students) african americans generally don't graduate high school let alone attend one of the best universities in the world.
edit: nvm you did a high school paper on african americans so you know more than I do. -
