Looking for 18+ (CA/USA) Clan

Just got back into the game, my stats are available here if needed:

A few ideal things I'm looking for:

-English, legit, and good moral standards
-Majority of members 18+, Average age of ~25 would be perfect
-Majority of members Canadian or American (I am Canadian)
-Friendly, not elitist towards outsiders or each other
-No regular attendance required, clan war, practice, etc. I work and like to keep my leisure time open. I will attend when I'm available, but this should not be mandatory.
-Ventrilo is a plus, I don't currently use TS or Raidcall, although those are options too
-Not primarily a HM/GM/ZM clan. I like S&D, EM, TDM, and FFA
-No elaborate recruitment practices, especially using private forums. I'd prefer to just apply through the clan page and get all the info from there (or directly through here)

Bump. Back on the market, looking again. Thanks to the folks at WorldWide but I'm looking for a crowd that's a bit older.

18+ is a must. 20-25+ is better.

In Theory requires 16+ but I can't currently think of anyone that's under 18 in the clan right now most are around 25. No requirements besides mic/able to record and still perform(we'll only ask to record if you get hackusated more than we do which is all the time anyway).
