Mumble Trouble

For some odd reason, my mumble won't let me connect to a certain IP. (mumble-us.cleanvoice.ru) Whenever I try to connect to one of these types of servers, my mumble basically poops itself and it tries to connect without any progress. I usually run mumble as admin, so I tried to run it as regular system, but still no luck.

Any advice? Help ASAP. Thanks guys.
