To be honest, the rule wasnt even made official on the site for OCG it was posted on the forums on a non sticky thread where few even saw it and it was not directed towards any event in particular. Therefore OCG has the discretion in the case to do what they feel appropriate.

Well to get a few things straight. Lets not lie. Undaunted/rtb disputed many teams last season for rules that did not effect the score or gameplay. You even went as far as to grab a 3 round advantage on carbon simply because one player used an uzi for a single round. Now if thats giving an advantage in anyones eyes, I'd rofl so hard.
