ESG Anti-Cheat Client Problem

I downloaded the installer, installed it, when to open it and it told me that the .dll file was missing.

I downloaded both runtimes and one doesn't support XP and the other says I have a newer version of the C++ Visual already on my machine.

Any solutions? x.x If I can't run the AC can't I just bandi?

Submit a support ticket on the ESG website so our coder can get back to you. I'll let him know to look for it there tomorrow. Please be specific in which files you have downloaded/installed and which of the runtime files is not working. Thank you.
