Problem With Submitting A Ticket

I've got my Crossfire account stolen for some days ago and I've tried to submit a ticket, But it never works.
I write everything I need (ID, IP etc...) and then when I click on "Submit Ticket", My browser freezes in about 20 seconds, Then it says that it could not find the web that I was searching for.
I've tested With Google Chrome (My Main Browser), Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
Please if you know a solution comment it below. I really need my account back.

How is posting in the Clan Discussion and Recruitment section going to help you? The only way you can get it stolen now a days is by sharing your account with someone because you either thought they could get you a lovely shiny weapon or imaginary ZP. As for Support, it is experiencing some problems at the moment and has been for a while, I am sure it will be fixed in time, until then, make a spare account and just put up with it for now. Many people lost/forgot their account details but that is your problem.

Didn't see that it said Clan Discussion :P
And I have not shared my account with anybody. I just did the event with RPK VIP. And then when I was going to log in and test the RPK after 6 hours of playing, I couldn't
