thanks dude. Really means a lot :P
yeah feel free to check out other people's build if they post then decide, but both builds are capable of 200+ FPS in cs:go/cf
also:
if you do change your mind about the mail in rebate, you can knock probably 40 dollars off those builds -

I would suggest going with an intel i5 CPU. CF is very CPU intensive process and having some extra power would come in handy. My i5 2500k is great but once you start adding some other processes like recording or encoding, it will start to slow down. -

he would be losing out on a lot of performance for other items if he included an i5 in that build price range, would have to cut the rest of the items with cheaper components, plus this build offers him an opportunity to upgrade in the future, for his needs which he told me xfire, he just wanted 170+ fps in 5 v 5s, either build will achieve this in both cf/cs:go
also if you have trouble with recording with an i5 2500k, you are doing something wrong lol. -
Get a $400 case then your case will look so nice that you'll be glaring at it the entire time. Not giving a complete fuck that you get 80 fps. Also, why are you complaining about 80 FPS? I'm pretty sure Snipes plays this game at like 30 FPS and still does decent, and so do many people. 60 FPS is enough for this game.

no its not. It doesnt stay at 80 fps. Goes all the way down to 60. Then, when i need to record for matches i always lag with 10 fps 10 quality -
