Gaming Gear Question

So since WCG is next week I was wondering what I should do for my problem. I broke the scroll wheel on my mouse which I use as a PTT and quick switch for my guns. I have 3 options basically and was wondering which would benefit me more.
1- Play with the broken deathadder and change weapons with only number keys and change my PTT and get another mouse later when I have more time to get used to it
2- Get a new deathadder of the same version or 2013 version, I have heard mixed things on it and am wondering if its really worth getting.
3- Get a different new mouse before the event, and hopefully I can get used to it quickly.
(Sidenote: whats a good mouse for a low sense low dpi player that is comfortable and easy to get used when switching from the 3500dpi deathadder. MY current settings are 5 mouse sensitivity with 450 dpi toggled on my mouse.)
Any advice is appreciated, so far I have been told to get either the Logictech g400, SS sensei, or razer 2013 DA

edit: if you dont want to spend a lot of cash I would recommend the steel-series kinzu or kana -

Anyway a g500 or kinzu is alright for the price.

I suggest getting the same mouse. Don't change a week before WCG starts back up. -
