Notes
- You can only nominate with accounts that are created AFTER this August Patch (August 14th)
- 100 exp is 10 FP
- You dont have to be on hes/her friend list to get nominated
- There is Achievement called ''Celebrity'' What gives you bonus FP and ''A Lonely Man'' what gives you bonus EXP when you bought stuff with enough Friend Points (600 FP, 1200 FP, 4500 FP)

Yea it's really meant for new players under the rank of 1st LT or 2nd LT.
The only way, as I see it, older players can get in on this is having the newer players nominate them.
Did anybody figure out if one needs to be friends in order to start the nomination process? Or can like a smiley start spamming out nominations to people... or could I hack my way into Rookie Server and start chat spamming "Nominate me I love you guys!" -

Lets say that player number one is new playerI thought you needed to be friends, I guess now people will just spam new accounts and nominate their main. Do you earn FP when you earn exp or is it the other way around and you relying on friends who nominated you?
And nominates you, he gets 1000exp what is 100fp.
