Remove inactive players

there are many trainee level players who have great IGNs but most of them seems to play once and then abandon cf permanently...
so i suggest this
any player staff sgt class 2 level or lower stays incative for 3+ years should be deleted (not his account,only his in game player) so as new players will be able to use better IGNs
it might looks silly but really i would love to have a unique IGN without symbols like . , _ - etc
