We have finally made it to the championship match of the WCG.USA #2 Qualifiers. The 2 teams are Carbon and Socks!
This shall be quite a match-up as these 2 teams have already battled it out in the finals with Socks taking the win over Carbon. Will Socks be able to stay undefeated or will Carbon make a comeback to take the win?
The winning team will be have a stipend travel invitation to the WCG.USA Nationals at the Escapist Expo in Durham, North Carolina, USA. The 2nd place team will have a non-stipend invitation to Nationals but does have a chance to earn a stipend travel invite if they win the #4 Qualifiers Aug 26 - Sept 8. All in all, there will be 4 teams total going to nationals, 2 stipend teams and 2 non-stipend invited teams.

I can only assume you're wrong, since they added 3 maps onto the Grand Final match list.

carbon loses, makes it to grand final
it makes no sense for socks to only have to win 1 map, because
1. then carbon could win overall, winning the same amount of maps vs socks as socks won against them (losing 2-0, then winning 2-0, each team would have won 2 rounds but Carbon would advance)
2. there are three maps listed. if socks only had to win 1, then at most 2 maps would have to be listed
thus my question about the maps for SET 2. the second best of 3 to be played if carbon wins the first set (they wont, but im curious)
edit: im sorru if im not making a whole lot of sense, or overlooking something really obvious. im drunk, so forgive me for that
