SVP 12 Pan/ Crop image issue

When I enter Pan/Crop for an image and pan the selection box off-screen (about 640 pixels give or take) it auto-resizes the image. Very annoying and I can't figure out how to resolve it, even after many Google searches.

If anyone can give me some suggestions, much appreciated thanks!

I'm using an example image below, #3 shows it being squahes whereas #1 and #2 are perfect.

Fixed, please close thanks.

Solution: Pro 12 doesn't like .png file formats, instead it prefers .PSD files for transparent images. .PSD files are files used in Photoshop. Strange but hey it works.
