X-trap unknown code?

Hello, I really really need help! I posted something on another thread, but it's very important that I start playing again for the upcoming contest. I haven't yet got any replies.


I keep getting on, as it hits log in screen, a error code pops up from X-Trap! In one thread, I seen a list of codes, however, none of them are the code I get. 05-0400-00000000-523. It says to close "Please close any program, hack, bug, cheats tools and restart game"? I don't have any of those! No tasks are running, no browsers open, no back ground tasks.... It's so entirely frustrating to want to play and not be able too. Yesterday night I got Disconnection issues, now I get on today and get that. Please, please help! I've reinstalled correctly, shut off my anti-viruses, my McAfee, everything...I emptied the folders...reset the internet, restarted my computer...I'm at a complete loss!
