No.

If you meet the minimum requirements, you will only be able to run it, which would be very low FPS (basically unplayable).

You can barley run a game on the system requirements that the devs put out usually.

Depends. Youre not going to be running Crysis on a system built in 2000.

You may be able to run the game but it will play like crap if you dont meet the minimum
