Cant Buy ZP

Hello there i need your help!! people i cant charge ZP on my account i dont know why im lvl 6 in crossfire i have veryfied my paypal account its all normal with and when i want to buy directly with the credit card it works for other pages and buyed things but here it doesnt please help me im from Bolivia so maybe theres a country restriction? PLease Help me

I don´t think there is a country restriction, cause you can change from country-setting "GLOBAL" to "Bolivia"...

Same problem.. i can't buy ZP using PAYPAL....

I'm having the exact same problem!

I bought ZP not even 24 hours ago using paypal and I went to buy some more just now but it says I need to be at least level 6 even though I'm a Sergeant First Class Rank 5...Kind of pathetic that an error like this happens and I hope it gets fixed fast...

Hey everyone.

We discovered an issue with some accounts. Basically the website wasn't seeing your character.

It's been fixed and everything should be fine for all accounts.

Try clearing your cache and cookies.

We just tested it on your account and got through to the area of purchasing, without seeing the error above.

The error listed in this thread has been solved. If you are receiving a different error then please post more specific details.

Ty for your quick help GM Saidin but now i got other problem look when i want to buy ZP like i tried to buy 10000zp whit my Visa Credit Card y Put all the info it ask me to do and then it says Processing the Transaction and then bum My charge will be avoided and says Reason i Failed to pass security Valiadation and i did it right!... I would love if theres any tutorial to show me what im doing wrong becose as i can see i didnt do nothing wrong and when i tried to purchase 100000 zp it just directly shows me Error:Failed to pass security Validation is this problem happening to me becose i have an bussiness account on paypal?

I keep getting Failed to pass security validations. Even single info about my card is correct but i still keep getting the error. I get in on both of my accounts.

I get the same problem as those above and i even tried two different cards still didn't work.. i would love this to be fixed before the 14th.

I'm also getting the failed to pass security validation error. I'm using a Visa credit card that I've used to buy ZP maybe two weeks prior. Now I can't purchase ZP. My card works perfectly fine everywhere else... Please fix this!
