buy a tube of thermal paste, open your laptop, take off the heatsinks and reapply the thermal compound

When is the last time you cleaned out your intakes and exhausts on the laptop? Or pulled off the casing and cleaned it out?

if you plan to play on any sort of laptop, you should always consider buying a laptop cooler in addition to what the others have said, clean and reapply thermal paste, these things are cheap to do and can save your laptop in the long run.
