CrossFire Patch Notes - August 14th, 2013
The August update is here! The Servers are now live! You will be able to automatically download the patch from the game launcher when the servers are up. For technical difficulties please check our common solutions in our technical support forum.

The Hills SnD is currently giving ZERO EXPERIENCE. We are aware of this and are expecting a developer fix asap. Please note no EXP will be awarded during this time or after. We will run a makeup exp event to help with those who missed out on EXP!
Infernal Dragon Weapons are Here!
The next VIP experience comes to CrossFire with the release of two new Infernal Dragon VIP weapons. Forged from the metalic skin of the Infernal Dragon, these weapons come with amazing new attributes for you and for the rest of the people you play with.
Grab multiple to stack the effects and get even more out of your VIP experience!

New Friend Point System!
New users to CrossFire can take full advantage of the friend point system. Find a friend in game and nominate them to be your buddy! Then convince other people to nominate you to be their buddy and watch as your rewards grow and grow!
When you nominate someone you'll get various rewards in game. But the real reward is being someone's mentor, or friend or veteran. If they nominate you then you'll gain Friend Points which can be used for awesome new weapons and items!
Plus if you play in the same room, you'll get bonus EXP and more.
You can only nominate 1 person, once you've nominated a buddy it is final. However you can have as many players as you want nominate you.
Only new players can nominate you, so seek out all those new players to the game and convince them that you're the best CF player out there! Or better yet, tell your friends to come play CrossFire so they nominate you!

dammm if you really would drop $100 on a gun thats not even real then wow u need jesus and by the looks of these comments it looks like alot of you need jesus. You can take out a girl to eat or movies with $100. You can buy cloths or parts for your car with a $100. **** if ur a gamer then u can buy like 2 ps3 games and then sell them again for half the price once you get tired of them and still get some money out of them. GOD BLESS AMERICA. I hope i impacted some of u

If doesnt mean that you need buy it. This is for the Real gamers. My friend is 2 star and never bought zp. -

You do realize people have more than $100, right? It's not like once they spend the $100 they will never have any money again... -
ya i know but i just get why people are trowing money away on fake guns that they probebly wont use no more when they grow older and dont play this game no more plus u can just be as good with a regular m4 if u aim to the head its a one shot kill to the head

Excuse me for the double post but when we grow older we won't wear those same clothes we would have bought, nor eat the food again, neither (assuming its several years) the car parts or the date.
Not to mention the ZP may last longer than all of those.. -

Since I'm too tired to post my own, full response, I'll just use frozen's post and address the other part of your post..
When someone buys the ak fury, they don't buy it to get better at the game. Most people probably don't even use the fury as much as their regular guns. The main purpose people buy the gun is for the perks such as extra exp/gp and the ability to choose whether or not to save your kd. Also singling out the fury is silly considering people spend hundreds and even thousands of more $$$ on zp crates.
