You've sent multiple tickets on the same issue. You're not even giving us a chance to answer it the first time.
And by sending multiple tickets you're creating more work which we need to sort out. -

i typed ticket last night and ticket 1h ago and 2 threads while u sir and other mods online and no replay from any one what should i wait more since patch coming tonight

Do support remove tickets? i sent a ticket around 1-2 weeks ago about removing my 2 beasts before (this date) so i could get ZP and purcashe the RPK whilst on sale.. It seems as if the ticket was removed?

You're not the only one contacting Z8 Games - they probably have plenty of other tickets before yours to answer. Be patient. -

can you please give me your expected time to deal with per ticket! i have sent you 2 tickets very short tickets might i add the reason is i would like this sorted before the end of the featured event! as you can see this is very unfair i have paid for the zp yet not recieved it surely you would feel the same when the event is on a time limit -

1) You know that MODS don't deal with support tickets? That job is for Z8Games Staff.
2) Z8Games probably get 100s of tickets everyday so it will take time to process every single one.
I'm happy to see the guns leaving because I never really liked them in the first place. -

what can z9games do with Hackers in games?
we leave many match's and I don't play like before many hours because hackers in game
