Nvidia control panel> Adjust Desktop Size> Perform Scaling [GPU] ( not display )

and if you have catalyst

1. Right click your desktop
2. Click catalyst control center
3. Click on "My VGA Displays"
4. Click "Image scaling (VGA Display)"
5. Select "Maintain aspect ratio"

If the options are grey'd out, change your resolution to something lower

Why don't i have VGA displays?

If you have a older laptop or an old version of catalyst then its gonna be different.

i changed it to something lower nothing happened

won't work with wide resolutions, well if you have a 1440x900 monitor and you downgrade it to 1280x800. Unless you didn't scale the image.
