Well , you're going to need every bit of performance you can get with that monitor.

I guess you could save on the processor(amd), motherboard or the monitor.

Wouldn't intel core i3 or i5 with a graphics card be more efficient than APU (GPU+CPU) with an extra GPU?

Not sure though, learning about computers atm

Yes it would. But then again hed have to find a suitable motherboard. The build is perfect same as mine except a better processor and I run every game on high perfectly fine. In my opinion spend the extra 10 dollars and get the GTX 660 overclocked from gigabyte.

With the computer you're going to get , the higher fps, you'll start looking for better quality games. Once I got my gpu , I started playing a lot of cs:go and warframe but I still play cf sometimes.

This game is addicting, idk how people quit playing it.

Wouldn't waste a dime on that build. Sub-par CPU, decent motherboard, 1 stick of RAM lol... do I need to even explain why that is a joke? Decent video card, good case, good power supply manufacturer, good monitor (though A LOT of people have had issues with that particular monitor.)

One stick of RAM is going to be garbage compared to dual channel.

Throw in a SSD.

Check to make sure your Motherboard-CPU-GPU will get along. If you're going with AMD why not just full AMD and use a Radeon card, it will save you a headache in the end if there are conflicting drivers.

Also...I recommend close loop water coolers like a Cosair Hyrdo or a Antec Khuler for a mid range gaming build and especially for those too lazy to do their own loop.

Otherwise, with the amount of money you're spending, you could get more power I'm thinking.

Even a pre-build has more power going than this thing.
