To take care of your question, I am not really sure why people aren't signing up in the west conference. Although, I will definitely get it more advertised within the next week. If I would of set it up as Alpha and Bravo conferences, it might have been better. But just to note here that signing up in either conference is the same thing, the teams get to choose where they want to play regardless of the conference name.
