Monitor Recommendations

My new laptop that i'm getting doesn't have the biggest screen, but it runs like a desktop. That being said I need a monitor..

Price range $80-$100

Would like something from 19" - 22" and above 60hz (if thats possible, I don't know the market with monitors)

You might get a 19". Anything over 60hz gets pricey all 120hz are 200 plus easy.
