On the morning of 8/7, I was awaken by the sound of sirens going off. Alot of lighting, rain and WIND.

After the storm passes, I see this


My dad was able to get a record of the wind speed at is job during the storm. Look at 1:00AM, the wind speed is in MPH.

110 MPH spike, wow. Looks like most intense part of the storm only lasted ~45 minutes, though? That's really weird.

It was straight line winds from a fast moving thunderstorm. The National Weather Service says that it might have been a EF2 Tornado

I was about to say, those kind of short and high spikes are very tornado like.

The storm system didnt fall into the Durecho terms. Either straight line winds or the EF2 tornado that was confirmed.
